Landlord Own Children Pub

I have separated from my children's father. Their father owns a pub. The youngest is 5. Are there laws regarding to his children being in the pub whilst he is working in the pub? For example must be supervised at all times? If so can anybody point me in the right direction to legislation

The landlord / their father does. Children sleep there occasionally

A child on licensed premises must be accompanied by an adult unless, say, the child has to pass through the bar area to get to the family's living accommodation. There is no specific 'supervision' requirement. The law applies equally to both the children of customers and those of the licensee.

Whether children are regarded as being 'accompanied' is open to interpretation by the licensing authority and the police. For example, if the licensee sits down for a meal with his children in the bar area, they're clearly 'accompanied'. However if he allows his children to play on the pool table in one bar, while he serves in another, it's quite likely that the authorities would then regard his children as being unaccompanied.

I used to live in a pub. I wasn't supervised at all times. I did have strict rules though.

i worked in pubs and children weren't allowed, except the guv's daughter in one, and she often sat there quite unsupervised, but this was a long time ago. rules have changed in sure.
