You've not confirmed whether or not your post refers to the firms mentioned in my link above. If it does, although the two companies have stated that they've ceased trading, they haven't yet formally entered liquidation or receivership.
They're both still shown as 'active' on the Companies House register

When such a notice does appear though, it will show the name of the relevant insolvency practitioner. However your chances of getting any money back are very low. As a normal unsecured creditor, you'll be behind secured creditors and official bodies (such as the tax man) in the queue for money. As the companies probably have no money in the bank and don't own anything of value (such as property), I doubt that there will be anything left to pay out to you and to other ticket holders.
