If the land is not registerd you put a 6ft high fence around the boundry and you have to keep it in good condition for 5 to 7 yrs. In that time if no one comes along to claim it. You then go down and register it as yours. A friend of mine has done it several tmes and its made him millions he turns them all into flats.
