Hi guys,You all know Mr Fizz and I have long standing court cases with his ex over money and child r2 months ago she came up with a new one - that the stress of all this was making her so ill she couldnt attend court,couldnt provide any documents asked for.The judge wasnt having any of this and asked her to provide a medical report to back this up.As we knew for a fact she hadnt had a day off work with stress we asked her solicitor to provide her sickness record from work to see if it would tally up.We got the sick record from doctor at wkend which says she has not been to him with any stress problems,in fact he hasn't seen her for 10 months!!

So in court this morning my partner shows this to the judge and says that we still havent seen the work sick record,so the judge turned to her and said where is it,and her solicitor says that she is refusing to allow her work to release this.But instead of the judge insisting on it he just let it go and adjourned the whole thing - again!!

We are amazed that the whole point of her defence is playing on terrible stress yet the judge didnt insist she provided this.I know you are all sick of hearing it all,but I just wanted to let off steam.
What do you think??

That the system is completly ****** up!! It's so wrong that where kids are concerned people can blatently take the pee and get away with it and it happens loads. I think people should have to take a test before they're allowed to have kids to assess how sensible they can be if they break up. I swear there would be only half the kids in the world. People can be so selfish. I'm not having a go at you or your bloke by the way :)

The bloomin woman is pretending to be severly ill with stress and so that is why she can't co-operate at all,yet spend everyday at work as a PA and her evenings calling the damn police with ficticious nonsence about us.Grrrrrrrr!!!!!!!
