transferring deeds

How do my parents transfer the deeds to their house to me & what does it cost? (house is worth arounf �120k)

Don't do as dzug says. My most profitable work, as a conveyancing solicitor, is putting right the conveyancing errors made by DiY laymen. Why run risk of serious financial loss? Small saving of fees= large regret in hindsight!
