I Followed a fire engine through traffic and was pulled over, they made a report and said i might get points, go court or even get let off. i didnt know it was illegal or an offence, i was only doing what others were doing,i havent had my licence for long.Also there was other cars infront of me doing the same thing but only I got pulled over. what's gonna happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They said im getting done for Driving Without Due care and attention.

Can give you any statute but following emergancy service vehicles on a blues and twos run is an offence as it can be very dangerous. As to why you... well, they only tend to deal with one vehicle at a time and it was just your lucky day that you were the one they picked to stop. Appeal and fight it on the grounds you have laid out... but don't hold your breath. You may end up with a point or two.
