My ex-fiance and business partner walked out of our business in November 06 leaving me to pick up all of the bills and loan repayments owed under the partnership. I am keeping a number of his horses that he owns but has not paid anything toward since he left. He currently owes in excess of 23k and I understand he is living with a wealthy woman in Shropshire and is living a lifestyle beyond his means. He is on his second holiday this year whilst I struggle to pay everything here. I have been raising invoices for monies owed, through my accounts but he will not respond to them. What can I do? Would I have recourse through the courts as my new business is having to find money for my own liabilities as well as his. Can anyone please advise?
