I wonder if anyone can help me??
I have recently split up with my GF in London, she basically kicked me out of the house, the 12mth contract for renting the apartment is in both out names??
Where do I stand legally?? As i am not living there then why should I pay, it was her choice for me to move out.??
Do I have to continue paying the rent even though I am not there??
Please help

As the other person has noted, your best bet is to write to the LL and explain. If your gf wants to keep the flat she will have to ensure the rent is paid, you have nothing to fear from a possession action from the LL as you have already gone.

Have some great advice for you Graham...
Firstly- not a good idea to cheat on your girlfriend, so you have only got what you deserve. At least be a man at some point in your life and stop trying to act like the injured party here! Especially considering you even took another girl back to the house you shared with her. Sorry mate, but I think you'll find that legally you don't have a leg to stand on! Morally- well thats another question all together!!!
Hope that helps ;-)
