refused british student visa`

hello again maybe somebody could possibly advice please...a friend of mine living here in london for the past 6 years on a student visa from georgia has just been refused an extention as she has been working more than 20 hours a week..we know its wrong but nothing to lose for asking any help or advice on this great site....thank you......

We'lI take it she isn't actually a student (6 years!!! really) so the options are basically 3:

Switching to a UK work permit. UK work permits depend upon a specific offer of employment from a British company.
Highly Skilled Migrant Programme, or HSMP, a points based immigration visa for migrants with desirable professional skills.

Return home

She should return home and apply for the correct visa to return again if she wants to do so. If not, she might be arrested, detained and removed.
