rubbish skip

my nieghbour has dumped a large rubbish skip outside my house. he obviously thinks it is too unsightly to go outside his own house. also there are no lights on it making it dangerous at night. when i tackled him about it he just said "theres no law against it" is he correct or could i have something done about it. please help.

It is unlawful to park a skip in the road without lights. Ring your Police Station & ask them where you stand on this.

Skips also have to be licensed by your local council so it may be worth speaking to them as well
