I have property of co in admin that owes me money

A company went into administration owing me almost �10k, of which I expect to get around 10p in the pound a few years down the line. I had a contract with them, which the administrator tore up on Day One. I have a laptop worth about �3k belonging to the company, which I used to use to work from home. They are asking me to return it. Where do I stand?

I can understand how you feel, but unless you are prepared to say or do something which is probably illegal then you have to give it back - it is not yours.
