can further evidence be produced during the period both the applicant and respondant have to 'sum up'. i attended a land reg tribunal hearing as the respondant but time ran out so the adjudicator gave the applicant 21 days to sum up and serve the papers on both the adjudicator and the respondant once the respondant receives, the respondant then gets 21 days to 'sum up' but only has to serve it on the adjudicator, the applicant does not get to see what the respondants summing up is. Is this the normal procedure, thanks
