Can you put it in a bit more context.

Have you got a creditor who is wanting you to sell your property so they can get their money back?

Is your lender trying to repossess you?

Is another owner trying to force a sale?
Hi, im looking for advice, my partners ex asked him to leave the property 2 yrs ago. they have a joint mortgage , however she let the house go for repossession and he stepped in to save it and moved back in, with me.
She is now attempting to force a sale although there is no equity. she has sent a letter ordering us to put it up for sale and leave keys at an agent for her to bring viewers round. or she ll take it to court and charge us the fees.
can any of this be done?? we are under the impresssion if it did go to court they would frown upon the fact she left the property for repo after smashing it up also. we have the backing of the police who saw the damaged and the mortgage co who agreed she could be removed after 2 years of us paying the mortgage. any advice thanks.
