A childless couple, living in the Scottish borders, have wills that leave everything to each other. On the death of the last survivor, the estate has 2 executors, the brother of one who lives in England and the sister of the other who lives in Scotland. Do these two people have to meet with the solicitor (in Dundee)? Can someone tell me what the procedure is?
