Hi Ethel.
Thanks for info re Linux in Virtual PC,I'm having a problem with downloading. As you indicated,I am putting in the link http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads & Virtualbox opens but when I click on Downloads (left column) nothing happens,I have tried several times,am I doing something wrong? Ron.

I can't think, Ron - have you got XP or Vista?

Is your firewall blocking the download?

it was virtual PC not virtual box that was suggested wasn't it?

Download button is at bottom of page, you probably want the 32 bit version.

Ethel,I have managed to get things started at last & have managed to get to your instruction No 9,Quote ''leave start or install Ubuntu selected & press enter''.No box marked enter appears. I now have 2 boxes showing , Sun x VM Virtual Box(running) & Ubuntu Linux Running.(The mouse being now captured) the 2 boxes are sitting on screen & nothing else is happening,I cannot therefore move on. Please advise.Ron.
