I purchased 2 packs of hair for 34.99 each. I asked before purchasing if the hair could be blow dried and straightened and treated as normal human hair. I was told that you can treat is as you would your own hair, using heat appliances being no exception. I paid 50 to have the hair weaved into my hair by an independant hairdresser which I still have the receipt for. When I washed, dried and straightened the extensions they gradually seemed to dry up and frizz at the ends. I had to get the hair removed as it looked frazzled, burned and a complete mess. So I had the hair in place for a total of 6 days!! That cost me 35 per pack and 50 hairdressing fee a total of 120!!!! This is a lot of money considering I was told the extensions would last up to 8 weeks and the hair could be re-used over and over again for future hair extensions. I went into the shop 5 times after this and called 3 times and they continued to 'fob me off', with excuses of the person I needed to speak to was never there! Eventually I was offered a credit note for the store or new packs of hair. I said I wanted a refund plus the hairdressing costs, as If I was to take the hair again I would still have to pay another 50 to have the extensions put back in place. They refused. I would like to know if I am entitled to my hairdressing fee's as well as the cost of the hair as I lost this money due to their faulty goods. Thankyou for your time and I appreciate any help anyone can give me,
regards,
Hayley.
