someone i know was convicted of a sec20 gbh in 2000
on another soldier and received 8 months in the armys prison.
fast forward to 2003 and he was jaild for four months for common assualt on his ex wife.
now this year he is facing charges of either assualt by penetration ie finger, assualt and forcing his partner to preform oral sex
what sentence is he looking at
