my husband left in november 2008 for another woman after nearly 10 yrs of marriage. he has just taken redundancy am i entitled to any of it.

yes you are If you are going though divorce, make sure it goes to financial disclosure
That way he will have to declare any money he has

Put in for divorce quick before he spends it all
