Is there a compulsory regulatory body for Lettings Agents?
I have problems with my lettings agent and feel they haven't a clue what they are doing and are most certainly on the tenants side. They are not ARLA members, I have found out. Can I complain anywhere else? My complaints to them are falling on deaf ears. The tenants have broken many items in the house, have a dog, which isn't allowed, are with-holding rent and are now refusing to leave, 2 months after 6 months is up. My agent does nothing. She says they haven't found anywhere to go yet. SO FRUSTRATED. What can I do???
