Removing it from where?

I'm guessing that you are the person that built it and the person you built it for hasn't paid?

yes
On your invoice to the customer you should have the following 2 sentences:
1. All materials remain the property of (your name) until paid for
2. This invoice is to be paid within x days

if they accept the invoice then they are accepting your terms.
Have they made any complaint about the workmanship or the materials? Have they given you any reason why they haven't paid?

You can't just go and take the wall down. My ex brother in law was a builder who was in a similar situation with a set of patio doors. He ended up being arrested for criminal damage when he started to remove the doors.

If they are simply trying it on, your only solution is to claim the money through the small claims court.
