i was paying 115 ponds per fourtnight as agreed for being late on my council tax i have recently started a new job and am now payed monthly i have phned the cival inforcement agents, an automated voice said they would phoned back they didnt, now they are demanding the whole 1110 pounds by the 19th of this month or my goods they listed when they came into my house will be sold i dont no what to do please help

Are you saying you missed just one fortnighly instalment?
Before you went onto monthly pay were you being paid weekly ?

i missed one fournightly payment, tried to tell the cival inforcement agency but kept geiitng an automnated service saying they would call me back.The reason i called was to tell them i had a new job paid monthly now they are asking for the whole 1110 pound even though they never returned my call

call the police. (Record phone conversation with police for further evidence). Dont open door to callers (you can shout thru door). If they break-in you can sue them. Get witnesses if poss.

Councils are worse than Gestapo & need controlling!

are you sure cos they came in to my house and took an inventory list, i thought once they did this they had the right to break in?
