Marriage after Divorce due to violence
My partner and i want to get married next year and we want to do it in a catholic church as my partner is catholic. I have been previously married in Scotland and got married in a catholic church however my marriage lasted less than a year due to my ex husband turning violent. Does anyone know of any loophole in the law that would allow my partner and i to get married in a catholic church in England? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated thank you
