How can u prove who ur father is if he has been cremated and his name isnt on ur birth certificate.

I am contesting a will and it appears that i need proof of my identity and relationship to the deceased.

Will old baby pictures, videos and identification from friends, that I am who i say I am be enough?

If he has any children your DNA can be tested with theirs?

I do have a brother with the same mother and father but again he has no known father on birth cert and our father has been cremated. We are next of kin...as there are no remaining children or relatives. How can I prove we are who we say we are?!
