Cashing a cheque

How can i cash a cheque belonging to a relative who dosent have a bank account & cannot get out?

The only thing you can do is to see if the drawer of the cheque will change the name of the payee.

You can't even take it to one of thise cheque cashing places as it hs to be the person named on the cheque that goes.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. We opened an account for him online, then when it was open I took the cheque in.

you cant cash it but you can pay it into an account...open one for them
