Tracing a Half brother

Does anyone know how I can trace a Half brother, he was adopted just after the war and taken to Australia, he was then taken too the USA, I have got this far, I have found the deaths of his parents in the USA & records and that he got married & divoiced, the trail has now gone cold. this is someone I did not know exsisted until our mum died.
Any help would be appreciated.
