neibours are parking outside my drive way which is also within a 3 or 4 yards of an unmarked junction. this makes it very diffuicult to get in and out of my drive. they ahve 2 cars and avan so the van is outside and the cars are in the drive. is there anything i can do?

its one of those monoblock unmarked juctions but it is a dropped kerb that they are parked on. on the opposite side of the road from my drive reversing out is a nightmare.
you can't really stop them parking outside their own drive,
it may be difficult but you will just have to keep shunting back and forth till you are clear to go.
You could try speaking to the Local Authority and explaining the situation, they could offer a solution. However we don't own the road we live in as a rule and as long as the vehicles are road legal and parked properly there is little you can do.
