I have completed points 1 to 5 and am now waiting for the asset holders to release funds but is there anything else i need to do eg. what about letters of administration

Doh, I'm sorry, I read your comment "Probate not required" to mean that you didn't need a grant of Probate or letters of administration (since probate is often used as a generic term). Perhaps you can advise whether a will was left or not, how much the estate was worth and why probate is not required.
