Where on a Vauxhall Frontera diesel would I find the following: Relay - Diesel Glow Plug Control ?

I am trying to help some one with a starting problem on a diesel engined 2.2. 16 valve. V registered Frontera.
Neither of us has access to a manual for the vehicle and I am in one part of the country and he is in another part. A recovery agent came out to the vehicle sprayed easy start into the air intake to get him home (10-45 tonight) and informed my friend that it is the grow plug timer relay that is faulty. Apparently the relay, when located on the vehicle, is easy to replace and it would be cheaper to do this than go to a Vauxhall dealer.

hi any one out there got a garage workshop manual for a tdi 25cc 1998 frontera if so how much to but it thanks tony
