my ex is selling the house which is in her name i paid the deposit and for the refurb work which was a new central heating system and bathroom, kitchen, windows, and carpets can i stop these being sold with the house.

Can you prove what you have paid for?

You probably cannot stop her selling it but you can claim 'an interest' in the property. You need to see a solicitor.

have you any claim to the house? When she bought the house can you prove the deposit was paid by you and to be paid back to you upon the sle of the property?
speak to a solicitor to see if you can claim and put a restriction on her deeds or something.

I dont see how you can prevent the sale of the windows etc with the house
