Sorry to be a pain again! Cutting a long story short the manager leaves this Friday. Rotas been done and my shifts have changed again! I'm not a happy bunny i can tell you. Will be seeing area manager about it this week. If I get no joy I refuse to be driven away form my job. Can I take things further. I don't belong to any union and that may be a problem. Any advise gratefully appreciated.

Maybe your best bet is to find a job in another residential home.

From what I see of the sits vac round here they and debt collectors are about the only categories of employer advertising jobs so it shouldn't be too difficult.

OTH if the manager's gone the problem may have too.
