my x wife wanted to file a divorce with me is it possible considering we got married in the philippines and there's no divorce in our country. second, what will happen to my visa and our daughter's visa coz it is connected to her because we are her dependant, will it be cancelled? thank you!

i would imagine your visa will be revoked, but probably not your daughters

yes we are both filipino and she we wanted to marry her english boyfriend. my main concern here is my daughter if i'll b sent home then obviously i cant see my duaghter anymore unless they spend holiday in the phillippines. thanks
