McBride series on Five USA - Puzzled!
3 Answers
A couple of weeks ago I caught something called McBride on Five USAwhich looked klike the start of a TV series, or a pilot. In it Mc Bride was a private investigator who had been left a farmhouse and inherited a dog with it. The plot was that he was an ex police detective and had an attachment to a woman detective called Sgt Rebeccca.........The story continued with him taking on a young defence attorney as his assistant and I think his name was Phil....(he was computer savvy) and together they solved the case and got the woman on trial off. So far, so good. I have been looking for follow ups online but nothing!
A few days ago another McBride film was on Five USA, but when I watched it it was different. McBride was now a defence lawyer (not a PI)!!, but the young 'Phil' was still his assisatnt (but back as a lawyer). The police Sgt Rebecca was still in the same role and the dog and his farm appeared in one shot - this film was called "McBride -it's murder madam"
Can anyone enlighten me as to what has happened? Is this a completely different series and where has the first series gone? Also, where is the rest of the new series I mentioned above?
Thanks everyone
