You didn't get back to the people who answered your first post on this....

What has your solicitor said on the matter?
Lol Trime. I think if you print out the facts as they can easily be deteted from the site before they are deleted, then they can be used as evidence, but then the person you are taking to court could say their account was hacked and it was not them that wrote whatever you are using as evidence. I know my kids have "fraped" me a few times!!
Right, I made no sense in the first part of my answer, hope you get what I mean!!! Im going for a lie down!

my solicitor said no but i no there has been cases on the news where people have been taken to court and done over it
Well as your solicitor is privvy to all the facts in your case, I should take his advice.

The recent Facebook cases were to do with things *only* found on Facebook, not with it being used as a 'tool' outside of an existing situation.

An investigator who came to take my statement in a car accident fraud claim, said that facebook can be used in court as the person who is trying to claim against my insurance for injuries that are false and non existent in a 50-50 aciident, has been out in pubs having a lovely time. The investigator said I done good work and his team would get on to it. So I'm assuming that it can be. Hope that helps.
