Iran is a country surrounded by nuclear powers. Not so long ago 'MAD', Mutally assured destruction, kept the world safe. Why shouldn't they have a bomb too?
England has been the USA's lapdog for far too long. They won't take any action without their masters say-so.

No unstable country should have a bomb. MAD kept the peace because the countries that had nuclear arms were unlikely to opt to suddenly attack their neighbours with it. It was a last resort deterrent.
