It just strikes me as funny the number of people who join Answerbank in order to ask the same query. Just got charged with this (and usually abh, gbh etc) and what will the outcome be. Surely this is a question for their solicitor who will know more about the background, their age, severity of offence etc etc. Oh and most of them set out their question just like this. No punctuation, no capitals etc. Kind of goes with the territory I suppose.
