Hello all wonder if any1 can help i got a speeding ticket the other day i was doing 62 in a 60mph national speed limit road. But i was driveing a transit van so the speed limit was 50 for a van so i was 12 mph over the limit. The question is can i say that there is a bed and a sink in it so then it is not a comercial vehical its a campervan so it is then a private light goods vehicle so i should be in the same class as cars thus only being 2mph over the speed limit. no ticket should be issued.
