They taszered him for his own safety (and theirs I guess if he collapsed in the doorway or in sight) but now it looks like they may be sued for it.

It's so sad about the toddler but should they just have let him go into the building and if he died, so be it?

Or if they had let him in would the family have then sued for his death and the Police failing to protect him?

That is awful! He has to live with it now, as well. They should have advised him not to go in, but they had no right to physically prevent him.
Just seeing if latest posts brings it back. Be interested to see what other people think too.
