Bb Guns
I was recently busted for growing weed. When police searched my attic, (no weed up there) they found my bb guns and seized them.
They would be illegal to buy now but not before 07 and i can prove they were bought legally
They are not illegal to own and you dont need a license.
They were all in boxes, not touched in years, most never even used.
I can never buy them again so really want them back. Can they destroy them because they feel like it or do they need to hold onto them until judge says they can seize and destroy them.
I have a bad feeling they will keep them for their gun amnesty campaign.

Bluey, if they were bought legally and it is still ok to legally keep them, there is no reason why they should not return them to you. Perhaps they have taken them away as a precaution to check and make sure for certain they are actually just BB guns?

Although looking on Amazon Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation they look like a bit more than kids toys. Why are they for sale on amazon if they are ilegal to buy?
I think this may be UK as the law did change here in 2007 (although Bluey has spelt LICENCE as LICENSE which is the US spelling so I may be wrong.

Frank... "could seriously injure or kill someone." Like I said, I have owned airguns and other guns including, shotguns and firearms for most of my life, BB is just another air gun, originally they fired Ball Bearings hence "BB"
