Quick - need Internet purchase help
3 Answers
Sorry, know it's the wrong section. Boy #1 has just paid £20 to purchase some coins to buy games on his iMac (he had my permission even though I have no idea what it's all about). Payment has been taken and coins were due to be sent in 30 minutes. 90 minutes later nothing has arrived so boy has FB messages the people and they have replied '*** off' - what's the best thing to do - contact my bank, contact PayPal or engage in a FB stand off with the rip off merchants?

So I'd also contact the relevant bank (or card issuer) to see if they can help.
It might also be worth having a word with your local Community Constable to see if he/she thinks that there's any way that the matter can be pursued through the police.

I can't see that sending Facebook messages would help much. You'll probably just end up getting more and more angry, while the recipient of those messages will simply enjoy laughing at them.
