Bail Variation App. Question !
Good morning all,
would anyone know what the correct form is to make an application to the High Court to vary bail conditions imposed by a Crown Court. I've had a look about and the N244 didn't seem right, any ideas anyone. Thanks for any help,
NNN.

Thank you for that, very precise and much appreciated. I'll post the answer as to the result of my app. 'cause I still can't see how a 'curfew tag' could ever ensure my attendance at court this being the quoted reason for my having been awarded it. My opinion is that it is for the benefit of another unrelated case and I didn't think that this is allowed, if anyone knows different please let me know and save me a trip up town.
Thanks for any assistance with this, NNN.
