My Ex Partner Has A Abh Charge

Hi basically my ex has a ABH charge against me , he got remanded then let our after 2 weeks on bail cons, from this he went not guilty and it's now going crown court.. what's the outcome, theyve got photos, video footage when they first came into my house and also photos of message of him when he left the house after the incident happend.. I withdraws my statement for personal reasons... can someone help me out please! His a bad citizen as it is his known by police also

I believe they may conclude that you've been bullied into withdrawing your statement and therefore go ahead anyway. But others who know more will probably be able to give you fuller advice.

Is this linked to your earlier posts, where he also had a suspended sentence? It's better to have all the information if we've to suggest what 'the outcome' will be.

Yeah his on a suspended sentence for something else I know I dont know how to work this all sorry!

clearly the chances of this bad man being convicted are less than they would be if you hadnt withdrawn the statement
but this was made clear to you when you withdrew it
