Is It Petty Of Me To Report This Photo?

I follow a Friday the 12th group on Facebook. I bought a jason mask, and posted it a few days ago. Well, I was scrolling through Facebook today, and came across the photo I posted. The caption read "I love friday the 13th so much!" So they took a screen shot of my photo. I feel its slightly disrespectful to use my photo without asking, or without even tagging me. Would it be petty to report her post?

Once it's out there on t'internet, it can be used and abused.

Back in 2007, my daughter wrote a loving poem on the passing of my dad. Couple of months later, she saw (yep, on FB) the very same poem from someone purporting to have composed it. She got in touch with said person and made her acknowledge just who had written the poem and who it was written for.
