Talking about the tragic consequences of a young man's decision to join a gang, the speaker used the words, 'after his
unaliving '.
Isn't it curious how language can change and develop?
Euphemisms like, 'unaliving', or, 'collateral damage', don't make the victims of violence any less dead.
That, collateral damage is an ugly American phrase. You'd think Israeli scholars could come up with something else to describe the 50,000+ fatalities they've inflicted on the Palestinians in Gaza.
