Wrong road name on speeding summons, does it matter?

I have received a summons for an alleged speeding offence here in the Isle of Man (British Isles), and have noticed that the name of the "Place" is incorrect on the summons. The alleged speeding took place on one road, with the policeman and his speedgun stood at the corner of a junction. The name of the "Place" stated on the summons is the side road where I was pulled over and not the main road I was travelling on. Is there any chance of getting off due to this error on the summons? What should I do next? Urgent replies would be gratefully received!

Unfortunately yes it does! It doesn't have a National Speed Limit, but it does have others eg 30 or 50 mph. Can anyone help please??
I can't find it right now but there was a similar question a little while back and somebody pointed out that unless the error occurred in the actual charge it was unlikely to be a problem.

Even then the prosecution had the option to request it be modified at any point.

I don't know how similar IOM law is but I'd guess that it's a pretty long shot
If you were speeding why don't you do the honourable thing and accept the punishment.
surely you cannot be found guilty for speeding in road x when you were actually speeding in road y, because you were not guilty of of speeding in road x
firstly you woul dhave to prove what road you were actually on - your word against and officer... i think you would lose that one.

secondly - they have evidence that you have broken the law - they could perhaps just issue another summons with a different address on it...
