hi, please stop worrying! This is hardly the crime of the century! I work as a nursery nurse for the NHS and around 10 years ago I was cautioned for possession of a class A drug, this isn't as bad as it sounds there was a group of us and we got a lift home by someone we barely knew, turned out he had a bag of pills in car and got pulled on way home with us in car. We all got arrested, spent night in cell and it's never stopped me getting any job or ever been brought up. Good luck
I am the same as tigwig. In 1999 i got charged with possession of a class A drug and then with a class B drug a year or so after.
In 2005 i decided i really wanted to work in the NHS with children. i thought it would stop me doing this but i was wrong. Obviously they had a copy of my CRB and i also wrote a letter about what had happened and how my life was different now. They did not mind at all and i got the first job i applied for.
I really wouldnt worry about a caution they wont take any notice of it. Good luck in getting the job.
