CRB Checks
Currently i am out on bail and have been for the last 6 months while police investigate certain alligations made about me.
As i have not been charged will this show up on my CRB check as i am currently stalling one with work as i have not told them i am out on bail as advised by my solisitor that i have not been charged with anything therefore at present i have nothing to declare to my employer or anyone else.

If the check is at 'enhanced' level, a senior police officer can decide to include any information which is deemed relevant. This can include unproved allegations against you or even unproved allegations against someone with whom you regularly associate. See here for more:
