gbh with intent
please could any one adivse i took my son who 17 to the pubfor a game of pool he has addh and take medication so was not drinking a fight broke out he was punched in is face and pushed over there was about 20 youths in this gang after it was over it went calm then the landlady said they was coming back the fight spilled on the steet and one lad from the pub chased the other who was in the gang with a pool uge up the road and attacted him for some reason the other lad from the gang has told the police that my lad at kicked him in his head and fractored his skull plus a blood clot behind ear while the other lad beat him with a pool cue he has set my lad up and lied he now awaitng to go back to police station on surpision of gbh with intent i have gave my son a witness that he had noth to do with this please could anybody help

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.hard to give an answer wen u havnt gave all the details...just make sure ur kid doesnt admit to anythin under any circumstances!! has a lawyer present all the time....if he has a clean record he will walk...if u have a clear record thats also good!! if worst case senario and there are 5 or so witnesses against him then still tell him to deny it...then if and when it does go to court and everythins against him he can claim self defence....
Luckyman sounds right to me! At the police station your lad should always have a solicitor present in interview. The solicitor will be allowed time to find out what happened from you son. Then you son can answer and give his account of events in the interview, subject to the solicitor's advice. Try not to worry!
thanks for advice police are now saying they are going back to cps end of month my son is on bail until feb i dont no what to think they not take any of my son wittness statments and said they will come back for my husband after they spoke to cps spoken to soliciter last week and he advised to plea not quilty as my son as not kicked him as he been acused , they have only took a statement of me on my sons behalf , what are they playing at
