I don't think that there is a sufficient amount of evidence available in which the CPS can successfully prosecute you. It is the word of the boy against your's. Unless his mother lies to support his allegation.

Thank you for your support. I am so scared though. The mother was drunk and asleep on the other sofa. (We had both had a drink). There are eleven sets of parents from this boys old school all set to support me at the trial who actually want to see justice done, particularly the boy who's arm was broken by him (The Vicars Son by the way), so I cant see that the Magistrates will take it that a Vicar will lie). The boy who's nose was broken, his father HATES him and will do ANYTHING to help me. I am just so hurt that my best friend (that was) is going to put me through this. I simply cant beleive it. I have helped them both SO MUCH over the years. Anyway, thank you so much for your advice/s, particularly yours Stu Dent.
