Alleged assult on a minor

I was arrested over an 'alleged' assult on my step son who is 3. I did smack him, as I did smack my own daughter because they were fighting but did not smack the boy in the face. Social services have accused me of this and have taken the children away. They have taken my step children away but not my own child. I was arrested and interviewed (with out a solicitor) and was released on bail until the 3rd april. Doctors evidence says that an adult repeatedly punched the child in the face when there is no bruising or swelling and obviously i didnt do it. If they thought I was guilty, wouldn't they have taken my child to? I've contacted a solicitor but they haven't got back to me yet.

Asking for advice on here is not really sensible in this sort of matter as you will just get posts like the ones from Mamjet...........who by the way just spends his/her free time being abusive whilst pretending to be a high profile lawyer.......laughable isn't he/she?

See a solicitor ASAP as they are the only people who can help in this situation.

If you were my childs step parant and you hit them, i would do more than get you arrested!! what kind of person smacks their child??? that just shows you agree with violence!! you should be showing your child the right thing to do not just smacking them-poor little things!!!
