Your sister could be a danger to the children and nobody would know.
Get her to sell her story to the media.
I applied for a voluntary job with the WRVS which meant me getting a disclosure done. I had no problems with this, but I asked if the 'customers' had a disclosure completed too and she said 'no'.
I am female and could be going to a disabled guy's home on my own and he could be a rapist or murderer. Do they assume that being old or disabled means that you are harmless?

Heres hoping hun (oops weeal) -tell ya tho J is with Hays and she is getting cracking jobs and also her CV is being put forward for permanent jobs. They have basically - being a recruitment agency-cleared her so they can now vouch for her.She will never be shy of a job through them tho. They cover Scottish and Southern ,Norwich Union and loads of other local employers.Might be worth giving them a call -surprisingly very good.
